• You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Room Service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will be in charge of warmly greeting guests when they call Room Service, answering any questions regarding the menu’s on offer, recommending and upselling menu items through your in depth knowledge ensuring the highest guest satisfaction.
• Serving others is your passion, you will ensure the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to by the supporting team members.
• You will also be in charge of training and mentoring the entire team of waiters, ensuring their knowledge is second to none and they are able to assist our guests in the best possible way.

• You are aware of revenue targets and ensuring these are achieved and exceeded, simultaneously all costs are controlled within pre-set budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.
• By taking part in a daily team briefing pre-service, you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcoming service.
• During your daily routine, you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
