Qualifications:-
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior Food and Beverage services role in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English is essential (Proficiency in Arabic or additional international languages is a Plus).
- Proven expertise in Driving a highly dynamic operation, Managing a diverse portfolio of 10–12 units with Precision and Flair.
- Exceptional ability to oversee Large-Scale and Multifaceted operations, ensuring Seamless execution at all times.
- Visionary creativity and innovation in developing Disruptive Food and Beverage Concepts and Operations that elevate the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
- Exceptional skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
- Creative solutions and take ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE.
